The Redland International Orchid Show takes place every year at Fruit & Spice Park in Homestead.
This American Orchid Society-judged event showcasing various types of orchids, plants, and supplies for sale, as well as lectures by experts, raffles, and international food.
The show will take place during May 18-20, 2102.

Miami's A. D. Barnes Park is a busy 65-acre park offering a swimming pool, as well as the Sense of Wonder Nature Center.
The Sense of Wonder Nature Center and Trail is set within one of the few remaining Pine Rocklands in Miami-Dade County.
As a result, it has become an "oasis" for migrating birds and, according to the National Audubon Society, is one of the best places to see birds in Miami.
